Twist is amongst South Beach’s favorite and most reputable gay clubs. Packing seven different bars into a single, two story club helps Twist stand above the rest of the nightclubs in Miami Beach. Keeping the general aesthetic and vibe of each bar different, this club provides an excitedly eclectic experience for everybody who goes. Over a quarter century old, Palace prides itself on being the first and only gay restaurant and bar on SoBe’s iconic Ocean Drive. This wonderful and exciting establishment has played an important role in the development of SoBe’s famous and revolutionary gay history. A few years back in 2011, Palace commissioned the creation and presentation of a rainbow pride flag to to the City of Miami Beach GLBT Business Enhancement Committee. In addition to their political prowess, Palace also just hosts a great time. Known for a nice outdoor eating area with brunch drag shows, this is a happening, fun and historic spot.
